Visual Complexity in Roadway Scenes This research study investigates the ability of people to determine the level of complexity of a visual scene, as well as, to see how variances in rating scales affect the latency to make a rating. This research is being performed in conjunction with the School of Civil Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology.
Divided Attention, Dual Tasks, and ADHD The purpose for this study is to better understand the difference in the relationship of ADHD and dual-task. This research was performed in conjunction with the Department of Psychology at the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
Assessment of Attention Deficit Disorder The purpose for this research is to investigate the ability of established psychological tasks to assess attention deficit disorder. In particular we are investigating the relation between scores on the Test of Variables of Attention, Continuous Performance Task, and the Sternberg Binary Classification Task.
Attention Deficit Disorder and Driving The purpose for this study is to investigate differences in driving behavior between individuals who have been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder (ADD) and individuals who have not been so diagnosed. We will be validating different scales that are used to assess ADD. This research is being performed in conjunction with the School of Civil Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology.
